Exchange and Refund Policy

At Al Alya Jewelry, we strive to provide the highest level of quality in our jewelry products and are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we understand that sometimes circumstances may warrant a return or exchange, we do not offer a refund policy. However, we are happy to offer a 14-day exchange policy for our jewelry items.

Eligible items:

All jewelry items must be in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging and tags intact.

Process:

Please contact our customer service team here or call us at 0791524626 to initiate an exchange request.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue an exchange within 7 business days.

Exclusions:

Exchanges will not be issued for items that have been damaged, altered, or tampered with.
